This site aims at WCAG 2.1 AA. The points below are true of the current build; anything that falls short is a bug we want to hear about through the contact form.

• Visible keyboard focus on all controls
• Reduced-motion preferences respected, animations off
• Descriptive alt text on photographs
• Labels tied to every form field, errors announced
• Khmer pages marked with the correct language tag

Interface glyphs use the geometric shapes set by dipo (CC BY 4.0) and icons from Lucide (ISC). The map on the About page shows data from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), drawn with Leaflet (BSD 2-Clause). News photographs carry their credit next to the article cards.
